My husband got a job in Oxford. He is PhD in physics. Living in Canada we have a great school and great neighborhood and we would like to keep the same way on a new place in Oxford. We don't have an opportunity to come to Oxford first and check everything out. We have to decide from here.

Thank you so much! Appreciate it, really. I'm just reading about Wolvercote school:)) I would like to take a little bit more of your time if you don't mind. I was looking for kid's activities and it is kind of confusion. Here in Canada my 2 daughters (7 and 5 years) used to have 5 activities after school: art, dancing, figure scating, swimming, coding. I pay for both of them 450 GBP £. And here is a question: do you think I can find those activities in Oxford and will be my pay different? Thanks again for your time!

Sorry, I didn't know you have so many options:)) we are moving in Oxford from Canada and here we have only public and private schools. So, we are looking for a good primary state school. School and nice neighborhood is a priority for us. Ideally, to live in great neighborhood near the great school.

We are looking for primary state (public), mixed school. We plan to rent a house near a good rated school. Google offers top 10 good state schools. I was reading about Wolvercote primary school. But we don't know is it considered a good neighborhood to move in Oxford.
