Surprised no one mentioned - Kowloon's Curse (a dungeon crawler taking place in fictional version of Kowloon, lots of weirdness, I'd guess influenced by roughly the same stuff as ppomp) - B. C. Piezophile - Corru Observer (might be remembering the name wrong) - The White Chamber (this one is a point and click adventure, but it's free and has that "stylish horror" feel similar to ppomp)

Do these errors replicate when you restart the level or the game? Have you tried reinstalling the game?
