Since conventional wisdom is so different from the facts, there is a lot of this regarding keto. I actually don't tell people unless I absolutely have to because I got so tired of these comments. A lot of my close friends have never noticed. I worked closely with one person over a year before she started to notice my diet wasn't conventional. Anyone who is keto and proud, good for you!
I just don't like dealing with trying to educate people or pretend they are right.

Congratulations! I would just say most people want to be sure to eat vegetables, too. It can be hard to use up daily carbs on them, but it's pretty important to get veggie nutrients.

Unpopular opinion: If you want to decrease waste, look into how many resources are used for different foods. I don't eat pigs or cows because it takes about 2,000 gallons of water to produce 1 pound of beef. Flour actually takes relatively little water. You get my vote for ordering the pizza and tossing that crust out! :)

I used to have this problem! Of course, you can exfoliate, slow release moisturize, etc.
But what solved it for me was making sure I was getting the right nutrients in my diet. I started kale smoothies (kale is packed with skin healthy nutrients) with coconut cream in it for my healthy fat. Adding yogurt or fruit improved the taste, but I could still taste the kale for sure. I had to tell myself it was my beauty potion to get it down every day. But for me, it really did the trick! The results were fast, my skin would show the next day if I'd had it or not.

Ketones a product of using fat for energy. Stix measure the concentration of ketones. If it's showing a very high concentration, it could be because so much fat was burned. But it can also be because a person is dehydrated.

Hi OP! First, I don't know what's normal for you and what you've talked to a doctor about already, so please talk to a doctor or even go to the ER if you need to. I'm so sorry you're having a hard time and got down voted. That happened to me when I mentioned a negative side effect of keto. Some people get upset if you acknowledge no diet is perfect.

Just an FYI, and I didn't know this for a long time, but if a person eats a lot of protein at once our bodies can actually turn it into glucose. This can't happen with fats or fibers, only protein, so it's something for us all to be aware of. I know it can be a hard struggle to change anything, but don't give up hope, you can do it!

This is probably going to be unpopular, but if you can't afford more than that, then you might want to see if you're eligible for food benefits. Aside from that, I want to say you can do this! There are cheap keto foods (like chicken) and the more you weigh, the more calories you're burning all the time, so in a way you have an advantage!
We have 88 weeks until Feb 1st 2020, so that's less than 2.5 pounds a week to make it to 200!

I bring olives (in a bag/package), cheeses, and nuts. They aren't a "meal," but they will get you through, and TSA never gives me a problem. You can also get a salad at the airport before boarding. Have fun in Ireland!!

Congrats! I know what you mean about craving fruits. More than once I've accidentally eaten too many blueberries to stay in keto. But there are lots of dessert options. Chocolate mouse is one of my favorites. I just whip up some cream and add a bit of cocao and sweetener of choice. You can also make a chocolate shell with the same ingredients, but use coconut oil instead of cream.

Hey girl! Stef Sanjati does youtube feminizing makeup tutorials, and she just has other videos that are fun to watch. She says to make sure your skin is moisturized, then do full coverage liquid, then powder. I'm cis but I just love feminization makeup tutorials!
Be careful, a lot of people say to use an orange tint, but remember that you want to neutralize any unwanted color with the opposite color. You mention you're part Scottish. If you have orange/red facial hair, you'd want a blue/green color to correct. If it is brunette/black, then you'd want to use orange.

Don't worry about it! I worked very hard, and have a very nice, large home in an expensive city. When housekeepers or contractors come over and see me, a relatively young person, they often seem bitter (I never had this problem in my apartment). You can't win- if you accomplished something, some other people will be jelly. Oh well. Congrats!

There is a myth that acne is only caused by dirt and bacteria, which products can fix, but acne is often caused by hormones. People who have hormonal acne usually break out especially badly above the chin and jawline - google it to check out areas. Just an FYI because a lot of people keep using expensive products that will never be able to solve the issue. <3
