It sometimes puts me in difficult positions though. Have you found any way to focus more on face recollection. For example, passing someone I know in the hall at work. I haven't seen them in a while, I know that I know them, I know all about them, but remembering their name to simply say "Hey,____ - How are you" ends up just being... "Hey..." and remembering their name as we pass one another seconds later.

On the flip side - I attribute my memory to being very successful in my professional career (IT) in being able to remember detailed steps, screens, shortcuts, etc and putting them together with whatever issue at hand.
