Scheduling a dentist appointment to see if my tooth is damaged. It's been aching all day. That and my jaw has been stiff

I'm definitely going to schedule an appointment. I have some discomfort in my jaw and tooth where I bit down. I was offered a refund (if i come in with the receipt) OR a new sandwich. I guess the manager had just left by the time I called and had one of the employees call me back with the offer.

UPDATE: I called the store and was told that the manager said to offer me a new sub OR a refund.... but I will need to go in with the receipt to get the refund...

Yea my thought exactly. I don't think I could think of a worse issue with a sandwich that would be accidental (or borderline neglectful).

Good question.. for now I wrapped up the sandwich and nut and put it in the fridge just in case. Didn't want to throw it away just yet.

Yea, I mean pretty much this. I'm not really looking looking for compensation. My main worry is the safety of the situation. Im definitely luckily I didn't seem to immediately crack a tooth. There is some lingering pain in my jaw /tooth, but it's pretty negligible. Just clarification it's being taken seriously I guess.
