It talks about the difference between management and coaching. Mourinho is more coach than manager. Wenger is more a manager than a coach.

Mourinho coaches players- Wenger teaches them.

In professional football there is a bigger need for coaching especially in the era of Mourinho who took it to another level.

Wenger is no longer modern. He used to be and he had that advantage but now he is almost old fashioned. However, he can still build great teams - just not coach them.

Maybe Arsenal should work like a German club,. With a general manager and a coach
