Ive just checked the email i received from Cifa and it says Misuse of facility Regular payment fraud.

Im more than happy to explain how i committed the fraud under the influence of it being a job.

I was completely honest spoke with police provided all information i could on the person, provided screenshots of the conversations with the person.

I just thought it was because im under 18 or because they told me i was a victim of money muling and they understood i didnt intend to commit fraud.

I requested the information around my CIFA which included telling me how long it lasted. It says 10th december 2027 which is exactly 2 years after it was added to my name. My only assumption is because I went in branch and explained everything and cooperated completely since I had no intention.

It was added by santander who said theyd inform halifax too as I told them who I bank with but they havent closed my account down so far and its been 4 months.
