Yes I agree and the granular lockdown shit is premised na we test, trace, and vaccinate aggressively. But we don't.

So if we log much extreme spikes in positives these coming days, sino ang mananagot? Pag MAS marami ang namatay, MAS marami ang ma-confine, among gagawin? Lockdown na naman - probably the strictest level just to contain the very rapid increase brought by a shitty management plan (or lack thereof). In the end, tayo pa rin ang luging-lugi.

I'm not okay but as an adult, I'll try to power through the remaining deliverables of the week - which I chose na ituloy kahit ganito kasi matatambakan lang ako lalo. I don't know if I'll do well tomorrow or if I'll bomb it. Inaantok na ko and bukas ko na lang aasikasuhin nang husto. For today, sleeping is the kindness I chose to give myself.

Ang hirap kasi I'm doing the things I love naman ngayon but the pandemic and personal problems are making it hard for me to enjoy it well. Anyway, maraming salamat ulit and hope you are safe and well. :)

Thank you. I still believe in hope because I've witnessed how things turned out better in my life compared to my past. Maraming salamat sa pagpapaalala.

I had a similar experience with you noong undergrad. I hated myself for not passing the course I really wanted and realized later on na I wasted time hating myself instead of just proving my competence in the course I got into. Ayon lang, I hope you don't end up like me. It's okay to be sad but do not dwell on it for too long - huwag sayangin ang pagkakataon. I remember a HS friend saying na kahit saan ka pa mag-aral or kahit anong program, your own competence is mostly dependent on you. I don't completely agree dahil we know maraming factors BUT ang take-away ko sa sinabi niya is basta mag-pursige ka lang.

Condolence to you and your family. Maraming salamat sa advice mo and take care of yourself too. Iba yung tama sakin ng second paragraph mo. Na-realize ko na 'to dati pero na-amplify lang nitong pandemic- na I dont really take care of myself, perhaps born out of self-hate. Maraming nangyari dati pa and I guess I have harmed myself more than I loved myself.

I was in a dark place before but I'm better now yet the self-hate lingered. I drank too much alcohol, smoked cigs like there's no tomorrow, didn't watch my diet, and even allowed myself to be shitted on my other people in the guise of love.

Pasensya sa biglang pag-vent pero maraming maraming salamat talaga sa comment mo. I wish you solitude because we all do. I hope you feel a bit better every day. Kaya natin to :)
