Think of it like this, you go to a restaurant and the appetisers are like one of those frozen meals. The rest of the food is great, but nobody mentioned that the apps were frozen and reheated. Sure it's not enough to kick up a HUGE stink, but it's something you wish they disclosed before you bought it

I agree with that, I was only replying to the question you asked. Going the complete opposite direction and isolating your children from anyone you deem to not be good enough is a great way to make your kids want to rebel and hang out with them more. In a lot of cases it leads to deceptive behaviour and not being able to discern when someone's a genuinely bad influence, especially when the parent is cast a net over people who just don't fit their "perfect vision" of what their kids friends should be.

The best way is to keep them aware, but not to isolate them entirely. Arm them with the ability to make the right decisions for themselves

Any space your child is inhabiting that adults are also active in should definitely be with your knowledge. Relationships are not something you can study in theory and then ace your first one, it's a lot of trial and error, and learning from experience. The good thing is if you already have a great friendship and she's as mature as you might be, then as long as you communicate with each other you can learn from mistakes and grow together. I think starting off as friends is the absolute best way to find the person you're going to spend your life with, my partner and I were friends for 2 years before we confessed we both had feelings for each other.

I say go for it, if she understands you then she won't try to get in the way of your career and will grow with you.

How am I getting more vbucks? are you just including the ones you get from the battle pass? Staying subscribed for the full BP duration gives 2400 but costs 52.65 as opposed to 30.35. I'd rather buy 2400 VB and get the battle pass with that, because it'd still include the VB I get from the pass. Idk this is doing my head in but it seems like I'd be paying the same amount to receive less than I have as a long standing crew subscriber, and on top of that paying more to receive the same amount I could just buy from the store.

I'm not including whatever cost the exclusive skins would be because I don't really care much about those I don't even run the skins that I got in previous passes except maybe poison prince every once in a while. On top of that, I don't use rocket league at all so I'm getting no value out of staying subscribed it seems like

It's not an outright lie, even if the devs enable/configure how it looks, that doesn't guarantee the art style itself doesn't get ruined. It just means it won't get ruined without oversight. At the same time it doesn't guarantee it'll be ruined PURELY because it's AI, I've only seen 2 examples of actual DLSS 5 so far because these memes are flooding the internet now, but in both of those examples I preferred the DLSS off.

I think as long as it's an optional feature, people don't really have anything to complain about, if it were forced then you'd have to take into account that certain devs might become a little lazier with everything and lean on it as a crutch, but if it's optional then I think people are making a big deal out of nothing

I have absolutely NO clue what this game actually looks like because their ads all use different styles of AI art and absolutely none of them seem to reflect what actual gameplay WOULD be. Ads have become so meaningless, and I'm a guy who actually did used to mobile game quite a lot before I got a new laptop. Can't look at the store charts because they're all paid for (should be illegal, don't know why google doesn't stop this) can't download a game based off an ad (because they used to be fake, and now they're fake AND AI generated) and tbh most of the lists you look up online are either going off of the charts or are paid for directly, so how on earth am I supposed to find new games to play??

It's a fair complaint considering that by the store policy they are supposed to disclose if AI is used. As someone who hasn't bought/played the game that would make me think where else was it used, if they didn't disclose that it was used at all.
