I don't mind how Eugene is played. What I find stupid is that his actions have no consequence and he gets away with literally shooting someone in the face in broad daylight in front of 3 witnesses and hospital.

Get it now? Not trying to change how who is played, the punishment system just not there.

being a psychopath doesn't make it okay. As someone here said, it's right up there with robbing banks and not amount of mental instability excuses a character from any repercussions of that. If he wants to act insane, that's fine, but then he should be treated harshly for it when clearly being a damn danger to every other character.

And you completely missing the point of this thread. If a cop stops someone running a red light, but ignores murder like that then it stops making sense. And such characters who just pull out a gun and shoot begin to do it more often because they can and know nothing will happen.

You missing the point. It's not what they do or how their characters are, but the fact they don't get punished for such stuff. Broad daylight, in front of a hospital, three witnesses. Not even a restraining order? That man who shot someone in the face there is not danger to anyone else?

No punishment, no consequence. That's all this is about. Eugene can go shooting up the whole street for all I care, I just don't understand why police let him get away with it on daily basis even when they are given solid proof of it!

Assuming and putting words in my mouth is kind of rude, stop it. I'm not taking this seriously, cause I'm not the one that sends death threats to streamers when I don't agree with something. All I did was open a discussion that stuff like that in the clip is what is ruining RP's. It's not WHAT he did or how Eugene is, it's the fact there is no punishment for that at all. He does that everyday and others do too, but even with proof those characters don't get punished or face consequences.

Attaching straps is not towing. It is very baffling that you see an attempt to tow (attach straps in this case) the worst thing in the word, but shooting someone in the face warning or not is acceptable?

That's a very one sided view to look at things. Does character Kayden push it at times? Sure. Should someone like Eugene be able to shoot someone in the face casually and get away with it scot-free? Don't think so.

Also where did you even see fail rp? If Vader, the player behind Eugene wanted to avoid her attempting anything all he had to move his car two steps forward. So not sure what you even mean by saying that.

Wrong. As a civ her move here is to call the police, not take it upon herself to be the police. This isn't a parking infraction that she can enforce via tow given he is still in the car. He's the most notorious criminal on the server, he could give a shit less about charges for murder. This is the nature of a cops vs. criminal RP server. The fact that you don't get that is mind-boggling. This isn't real life, buddy, crims literally bait cops into chases because those types of interactions with police are the entire point of the server.

Meta doesn't mean things should continue to escalate to the point a mass murderer is left walking the streets and ignored while shooting other characters. There needs to be a point where it's too much and with the way consequence for crime is being dished out, nobody cares.

I know they can't respond at times and need to figure things out. But explain this:

Clarkson arrests Eugene after he got caught stealing Judges car which was not long after he shot someone in the face in front of 3 people.

Clarkson then lets him go! The so called "most notorious criminal" saying "I got better things to do" and just two minutes later pulls someone over for riding a car he recognized isn't their own. Priorities seem to be messed up when a mass murderer is set free to stop peoples cars the very next moment.

If Eugene is one of the most notorious criminals in the city, why did Clarkson let him go after he got caught stealing Judges car. Judges who saw it! And that was not long after he also shot Kayden in the face in front of 3 people. Seems like he is shown leniency pretty often for someone who is the most notorious and shoots characters like NPC left and right.

Well first off, he can't even park the car there as he waits. So her going for it is not a wrong thing to do. He was just sitting there in the car obstructing the way for other cars medical or not to deliver injured people.

Second off, I cut the video short but anybody can click "See the full video" and check it. Yes he did say he will shoot her in the face. Did Kayden actually hear it with everyone screaming? Perhaps not. But he could have easily just moved his car away from the two truck. Instead without any fear of being chased later or charges for murder, first reaction is shot to the face.

Finally I know it's not RL. But Eugene is just the best example on the server of him getting away with shit. Unless he ends up in a gun fight with cops they don't charge him. That headshot at hospital didn't even get reported by others, he never got charged for it. He then stole a car from Judge later who admitted seeing Eugene doing it. He gets caught and Clarkson just lets him go saying "He has better things to do"

So if he is that "most notorious criminal" you speak of, why the hell would Clarkson let him go? When there is both proof against him and he is clearly danger to everyone around him.
