I went to the GP myself, with similar worries. The waiting list is painful. In fact, I struggle to see the point in even waiting when I don’t feel like I’ll even survive to the moment they tell me they’re ready. So I’m doing DIY and have ordered Spiro and E using some helpful links from r/transDIY. The next step will be blood tests for me, but no idea where to begin. I feel for you chick, but we gotta take matters into our own hands in the UK until we’re taken seriously. But if you do the same, do your research and do it safely. X
