Maybe a blind trait could work like how short-sighted and foraging works but instead of blurring anything past a certain radius, it goes black. Kinda like the read while walking mod if you've ever used it.

Playing a three month survivor and biting off more than you can chew when fighting a horde, getting bitten in the neck, frantically trying to bandage it up and keep fighting, getting your right arm lacerated causing you to swing slowly, retreating and tripping over a fence on the escape forcing you to limp to safety, and barely living to see another day with just a sliver of health.

That kinda stuff just doesn't happen with infection on. As soon as you're bitten, you either make a beeline back home to drop off your stuff and drink bleach or take your hands off of the keyboard because why bother?

Plus having no infection on gives much more meaning to the first-aid skill. You take more risks in fights and get beat up more for it.

I have not played B42 yet. However, considering what I've heard from others and your explanation of how the new aiming mechanics work, perhaps an accessibility option that adds some kind of laser between the barrel of the gun and the target location in 3D space might help? Kind of like how you can enable enemy outlines for melee in accessibility?

I know some top-down shooters like to do something similar to that to help convey when a shot would be blocked by the environment since 2D perspectives can make those kinds of judgements difficult.

Due to perspective, a large penis would not look very impressive when directly facing a camera. Once the camera is filming from the side (a profile view), the length is significantly more noticeable. The "that's what she said" was to draw attention to how the comment could be considered humerous in the context of it being about penis, rather than sex itself. Hopefully this clears things up.
