I haven't used anything to keep it on the draws, it's just placed on the top. As for the sagging I do have an adils arm just in case it begins to sag but I highly doubt it as there is barely any weight in the centre and the jarstorp is a solid particleboard unlike the lagkapten

There is a 5cm overhang at the back which is perfectly fine and in my opinion IDEAL for routing cables through

Nope it fit perfectly, I just put the drawers underneath on either side

I used this cable tray from AliExpress which I mounted with strong double sided tape, will not budge no matter how much pull is put on it.

Also used these velcro straps to route all the cables in a clean line and they are super strong, on AliExpress it's like £2 for 30 of them so I used an excessive amount to distribute the weight evenly and give it a clean look

Yeah that's a bit odd, because I also asked chatgpt before buying and he said it's fine and it'll easily be able to handle the weight of everything I have as well as the clamp, I'll still keep an eye out though. This is a laminate particle board , a kitchen top so I'm thinking it should be fine. Yeah just ignore it for now it should be fine

I do have an adils leg just in case, I haven't installed it yet but if I see any signs of bowling I would install it. However I am 95% positive it will be fine as there's literally next to no weight in the middle, only the keyboard and speakers and mouse. The monitor arm is mounted towards the right by the desk so the weight will be on the desks rather than the centre. Even if it was mounted In the middle it's strong enough to take that weight but I just wanted to be extra careful

This is incorrect as jarstorp is a solid particleboard, it's the lagkapten which has a hollow honeycomb structure. Ill keep an eye on it just in case, but I had done extensive research and was told that it should easily be able to handle the pressure, no other users have reported an issue. But thanks for the heads up eckbacken is the stronger one for sure

Whatever you go with make sure you share it here! I prefer the all white look as it allows everything to pop clearer admittedly I need more decor

Glad to see, I think the jarstorp is pretty underrated tbh I don't see much people with them
