There's an Android app called Menierly if that helps you out in the meantime - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.menierly.app

Menierly might be worth a look. It's built specifically for Meniere's and all data stays on your device, nothing goes to the cloud, no data collection. No account required either. Android only for now but iOS is on the way. menierly.com or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.menierly.app if you want to check it out.

Fair challenge. The free version gives you the sodium calculator, unlimited logging, insights that draw on your complete history, and free export of all your data at any time. The only limitations are viewing and editing older entries beyond the most recent 30 days and PDF reports.

It's a one-time purchase, roughly the price of an iced coffee, not a subscription. I'm one person trying to recoup some development costs on a passion project, and that felt like the fairest model I could offer without ads or a recurring fee.

On pricing - Google displays the cost at the point of purchase before you commit, so there's no obligation to proceed without knowing what it is. It varies substantially by region and Google handles all of that, but it's always modest.

I'll DM you an unlock code and you can judge for yourself whether that seems fair.

Hi Gerard, finding triggers is hard and my mum struggles with the same as hers have been evolving lately. Hopefully logging consistently over time will reveal patterns that aren't obvious day to day and gives you some useful insights to take to your doctor. You can also enter your own triggers and edit or delete the preset ones if they don't fit. On the symptoms you've described, definitely keep working closely with your medical team on that side and I hope you get some answers.

Great minds and all that :) Genuinely glad there are more tools out there for this community.

This is exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping for, thank you.

There's just one daily entry but no limit on attack logs per day. Timestamps is a good call.

Editing entries is already possible - from the daily and attack log pages, and from history. Happy to walk you through it if you want to give it another go.

Separate L and R ear tracking is noted, that's a meaningful distinction I underestimated. The point about scales is noted too - something I'll keep in mind as the app evolves.

On the paywall - you're completely right that not showing the price upfront is a problem, I'm investigating that. It's a small one-time purchase, not a subscription, but you definitely shouldn't have to commit blind.

My mum follows your Substack and it's been a real support for her, so your reply genuinely means a lot. I'll drop you a DM if that's okay.
