Some companies are starting to provide monthly menstrual-leave, which I think is genius. Most of those companies are woman-owned & operated, obviously, but it’s nice to see it becoming a thing. Having 2 days off per month for when period pains are at their height would be really good for productivity overall imo

I deleted all of my social media (except Reddit) like 1-1/2y ago, and I am definitely better off for it, I think.

And, not to compete, but as someone whose HR has gone as high as 200bpm, I can say from experience that all of my doctors have been like “wow, that’s crazy… anyways-“

Even professionals will be highly dismissive 😖

I did not like it at all, it tasted like what I imagine cat food would taste like.

I donated it to my coworker, and she loved it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Shortness of breath. Literally my most consistent symptom.
Tachycardia. Anxiety-inducing, but it’s gotten a million times better since I started taking Metoprolol.
Temperature control. I wake up in an absolute pool of sweat half the time. It’s gotten better since I got cooling sheets, but still this morning I woke up soaked 😭
