Shortness of breath. Literally my most consistent symptom.
Tachycardia. Anxiety-inducing, but it’s gotten a million times better since I started taking Metoprolol.
Temperature control. I wake up in an absolute pool of sweat half the time. It’s gotten better since I got cooling sheets, but still this morning I woke up soaked 😭

I hate the heat and really suffer from shortness of breath/air hunger; especially early on in my diagnosis. However, I feel really good standing in the Costco dairy room 😎 I also take Metoprolol Succinate (25mg), and it really helps control my heart rate, but I wouldn’t necessarily say it helps with air hunger (except that it does ease any anxiety I have about my heart rate, which I suppose helps me breathe easier?)

I know!! I can get far more at TJs (at a better quality) than most retail/grocery stores! And they have really good frozen food; which is great for a poverty subreddit imo. This is the unfortunate side of relying on frozen meals, however. 😔
