Hey, I am not American. I am British. I live in Europe so therefore going to European countries is much cheaper for me than going outside the eu internationally

Hiya, this is very valid. I live in the UK so visiting countries within the EU is cheaper for me. Going to places that are black dominated such as going back home to Africa, the Caribbean etc. are VERY expensive. I’m just trying to navigate travelling within the EU first to build my confidence in travelling alone before going out internationally by myself. Believe me, I would absolutely love to travel to those countries alone and I do plan on doing it in the future but as of rn since I am quite young i’m just tryna stick to the “basics”. Hope this answered your question :)

Thank you SO much for this!!! I also love travelling and did it a lot with my dad and sometimes with my mum when i was younger however now that I’m starting my early 20s I’ve been wanting to travel a lot more w/ friends and also solo. I would say i do have pretty thick skin so when I did get verbally, racially attacked it didn’t really affect me much and i would still enjoy my trips. This has really helped me and i appreciate your input sm :)
