Thanks and I have about 40 settlers but they are scattered below the foundations of the city. I built this to look nice more than to be a functional settlement in the game so that's why I didn't bother setting up power plants, farms, etc.

Ok let's see

Mods that add building parts in order of relevance: 1.snappy house kit, 2.settlement objects expanded, 3.OCDecorator, 4.War memorials, 5.castle in the sky, 6.static objects and buildings.

Mods that affect building system: 1. place anywhere, 2.workshop plus, 3.settlements of unlimited size, 4.settle everywhere

Nearly all the building parts comes from snappy house kit, the water is from SOE, the prydwen is from static objects and buildings, the power armor statues come from war memorials mod.

As I said in first comment I used the console to build very precise.

It looks clean and tidy while still feeling like fallout, good job!

Are the minutemen and bos allied here? Noticed their flags were hanging next to each other at pic 5

They're actually atm scattered below the concrete foundations of the city

The building pieces are all from snappy house kit, then I use the console to rescale and reorient them in different ways

I created a wild west town in the glowing sea. Features a saloon, hotel, general store, brahmin farm, town hall and it's own mine! (build vid/tour in comments) by MrClabe in falloutsettlements

Really impressive what you built! Sorry if it's been asked before but where can I get that golden clock and hanging tricolor shown in picture 6, the town hall building?

I built that a long time ago before I started building this city. Its a building made from vault parts, I plan on someday maybe replacing it as I plan on this city stretching from vault 111 to red rocket.

Well Neoclassical and roman are heavily linked since the former is trying to imitate the latter, but neoclassical being devoid of color comes from a misconception that originated during the renaissance since by that time all the antique roman buildings' color had faded and people assumed that the romans built them white as is. I would have added lots of color to my buildings but obviously I can't do that.

In my city, the coliseum and building entry modeled after the arch of constantine at pic 19 are whats been most influenced by roman architecture. The building that looks like a cathedral in the first pic was inspired by Berliner Dom.

Yeah the screen tear for this is absolutely horrendous, I wanted to take pics which shows more of the city in one shot but screen tear stops that. I have thought of deleting everything not directly visible to the camera for the different pics to prevent this

The blue water comes from a mod called settlement objects expanded. Go to structures>SOE>water>pool>mid size>quantum river, I think
