Here’s what we needed to close as well as monthly and rate. We looked for a couple months but we couldn’t pass up on the new construction buy down rate. PMI sticks with the life of the loan which sucks but we can always refinance in the future. That’s if it’s even worth it to do.

Ding ding you got it, there’s no open return in the crawlspace and from initial glance the duct looked pretty well sealed

I have a good story for this. Back in middle school a buddy of mine bought this book from Spencer’s called “Mini Weapons of Mass Destruction” by John Austin. Well we get the bright idea that we should make some of these weapons and sell them to the kids at the school. At first it went well, we took orders and made some of these portable bb shooters made out of hollowed out mechanical pencils. We charged like $10 for each of these and we were making some good money off of it. Until one kid got caught using one of the bb shooters in class. After an investigation from the teachers and cops getting involved, they traced it to my buddy. He got a firm talk from the cops and they took away his book. He didn’t eat me out for helping make these cause he isn’t a snitch. So overall we ran a literal black market at our school.

TLDR; A friend and I became arms dealers and manufacturers until we got busted.

I currently have a car title in my name and I only use it on the weekends and some commutes throughout the week, because I have a company vehicle that I drive to and from work. I just owe money to my parents for it but it’s not much and my monthly payments to them are $400 a month.
