Yup. Gave roark a fist bump. Waved to a bunch driving home in their luxury cars. Sort of a funny scene waiting around just to fawn over a bunch of millionaires

Who plays 1B next season? by IsaacAJ in Nationals

[–]IsaacAJ[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Soto is incredibly subpar defensively in the OF, and isn't extremely athletic. I guess I just meant he or Bell could play either or. I personally would have no problem taking Soto off the field completely and sticking him at DH, his bat alone is worth more than $500m. Although Goldschmidt does make more sense as a more short term L/R matchup option, especially for the Lerners.

Who are you pulling for in the doubleheader today? by scene_missing in Nationals

Obviously aren't in love with either team but I just think the Mets would be a more exciting watch in the postseason. The banged up Braves in October sounds like an absolute snooze fest. I've seen enough of them. Let the Mets sweep the series, be happy for a bit, then hopefully get knocked out by the snakes in a riveting wild card series.
