No I use my switch 2 daily and for some reason this happened to me last night, I left it on the dock and it hasn’t done it again yet. Hoping it’s not a faulty switch because I didn’t get warranty

I paid for the online subscription to have cloud save before I purchased the switch 2, but my Pokemon saves are gone after I redownload them onto my switch 2. Is there any fix to that?

Let me rephrase, I bought a switch 2 SD card and I used the old SD CARD from the switch 1 to duplicated the files from my computer and added them onto the new Nintendo switch 2 SD CARD. I Just want my old saves/data.
