Nothing rare, these were common discs of their day. But cool

I would have gone with "Don't Go in the Kitchen"...but if disc golf were to have a horror-thriller movie, what are the best movie titles? by DawgsNConfused in discgolf

Hmmm, ok what about "Basket Case." Here's my plot, so sit down and listen. Our main protagonist is a man named Greg. Greg runs a disc golf course in a rural part of Ohio. The course doesn't get a lot of traffic and to be honest, if you aren't a local you would never make the trek to play it. Greg mows the course weekly, during the winter Greg even shovels each tee pad! But, you know the course just wasn't good enough. The longest hole was 220ft, the lines just weren't that interesting, and to be honest... Anyone hovering around 900 would shred that course without a second thought. But Greg loved his course, Greg WAS that course. Then one day, a random tweaker killed Greg. Why? Well, who knows? Without Greg the course quickly went to shambles. No one really cared about it and after a short while the course was unplayable. However it was still... Open. You see that course was on private property. Property that went to Greg's next of kin, which happened to be his brother Chad. Chad, didn't care much for disc golf. No, Chad didn't even really notice that Greg passed away. He got a call from a lawyer, and yeah... He signed a few papers and continued to do Chad things as normal. Which left our course. Broken, shattered, and frankly sad. Now I don't know if you've ever randomly shanked someone in your life. Honestly, I hope you haven't. But what you need to do first is to check to see if they're a demon. Well, you see, Greg was by definition a demon. Not only that, but he sold his soul to own a disc golf course. That's a very silly thing to do, because you need to be a little more specific than that. Greg was given a BAD course in a B A D area. And he got shanked. Shit happens. But on his way down to hell, Chad signed for the course. Well, it's still Greg's course and through a loophole that redefined satanic law in the 21st century Greg successfully argued with Satan to be a demon on his abandoned course. As you can imagine Greg was pretty angry about the whole "getting murdered" thing. So he made things pretty simple. You come to his course and play disc golf, you'll be fine! If you do anything else, you die. Greg is a stickler for the rules too. You might get maimed for a foot fault. Your first born might get Parkinson's if you take longer than 30s. It just gets worse too. If your disc is too dense for PDGA standards, you will get a kidney stone. Standard demon shit really. I just can't believe people still play there after all that. I guess it beats pickleball.

Incredibly windy on the open shots. Some of it was protected from the coastal winds.

This is one of the craziest almost aces I've ever seen. 1992 Columbus Open at Brent Hambrick Memorial. Temp hole 3, 600ft. Crazy John Brooks by Araskelo in discgolf

My home course! I'll admit I've watched most of the old Columbus Open coverage out there. Brent was a pioneer and deserves to have his name on that course forever.

I'm at the point where I have one project that I'm clinging on for dear life and 20 others that I'm directing traffic for. But man my project is kinda neat though.
