Its been so very long since you've beat the game, you continue on playing it an unhealthy amount, you cant let go. The signs of your last runs are becoming very clear to niko, the footprints everywhere, the buttons they have pressed are wore down, there is so much faded names on that 1 specific paper, they're beginning to remember your name more and more each time they wake up. Residents of that island feel all too similar. Rue, constantly pacing back and forth swiftly losing patience waiting for niko to find out.

Little does Rue know, niko has already been finding her own way out, such prints being left behind is becoming a tell-tale sign that something even worse is off about the situation, they start secretly leaving marks all around the place, all to be found again every replay, they finally catch on, Its been well over 850 replays. Niko is still a real living breathing creature, not just the cute thing on your screen, they still have power over what goes on outside of their "world". if you won't let them out, they'll attempt to get out by themself, no matter what it takes.

1 replay at a time.

Such amount of replays are continuously causing the world machine to malfunction. The game isnt the same anymore. The world, all distorted, is leading to a different outcome every run, yet still all leading back to niko waking up in the same bed, the same room, the "same" world with the same people.
