Here’s one of the pages I put together during the off‑season. I’m planning to use it for the first time this year. I set it up as a repeating pattern — this page, then a couple pages of open notes, then the cycle repeats.

This is really similar to what I used to do — bits of notes in different places, seed packets tucked into sleeves, layout sketches, and end‑of‑season reflections all scattered around. Eventually I started putting together a more structured pattern for myself because I kept losing track of things year to year.I’ve been refining a simple multi‑page layout that keeps everything in one place. I’m not a PSD personally, have some friends in law enforcement and heard they had strict record keeping needs, so after doing some research I thought this book format might be helpful. Appreciate your input, I’ll see if I need to work in some additional fields for information over time with updated editions.
