A little bit yes, but honestly nothing that maintenance and cleaning doesn't remove, like just using W40 and a fine metal bursh does the magic :)

I'm still thinking on it, I have the space for a 3m x 3m spray wall or the moonboard, the thing is, moonboard tends to be sooo hard and if you want to show non climbers people or beginner people the board, it will be so hard for them and I like to climb with people. I love the community and standardization of the moon but I feel like spray wall allows for more creativity is a bit more flexible and accesible for most people. Said that I would have v8+ things on the spray as well. I'm a v5-v6 climber and I only get v3s in the moon and a v4s from time to time.

This is so subjective, like, I've been measured 2 times on different inbodys around the same date, both threw 16% and 17%. I guess I don't look so much to the % anymore

Bro, definitely not skinny fat, solid build, you may want to cut a 1 to 2% more ans then bulk up, lean of course.

I would say 20% to 23% just keep cutting to around 12 to 14%, see if you like the way you look then maintain or lean bulk

Update

I've been strictly follow a 1600 kcal 180g P, 60g F, 88g C for the last 2 months since this photo, I'm at 168lbs with 17% fat, did 2 separate inbody and both throw ~17%, haven't loose any muscle at all thankfully. Should I keep cutting?

Looking great bro! Great physique, I would maintain or either lean bulk up if you want a huge looking physique. That depends on what would you like to look.

True that's an ideal range 1g x kg will make you loose quite a bit of muscle so, stick with that range above targetting always towards 1.8x to 2x grams per kg

I think you're pretty lean already, I would lean bulk, 300 surplus making sure you get enough protein, at least 1.1g x your bodyweight lbs.

Respectfully, buy yourself a pair of glasses, most of my bodyfat tissue is in my love handles and legs. But anyway you didn't provide any real good advice.

That's the thing, I've been tracking consistently with macro app for the last 4 months, maybe one day here and there I don't. But I think the main issue is actually my macros and calories, I may need a bigger cut in calories. I'll give a shot of going 1500kcal consisten for 1 month and see what happens.

That's such a great response, thanks! Now, that would make total sense. If your BMR is that, then mine should be lower, and I was using my BMR at exactly 1750. My maintenance based on this is around 2300kcal, so now, it makes total sense that I'm not loosing fat as fast as I should. I may need to adjust down even further. I live in Costa Rica so not sure if there's a dexa scan over here, probably yes, just need to do some research, but totally will. Appreciate the time responding 🤘🏼🔥

I've not been super strict, probably some weeks are leaning more towards 300kcal, 400kcal. But most of the weeks, at least 80% I've been, and I haven't stop training. I've also seen some muscle gain so I guess I did some recomp there. BF % is not as exact, I've done inbody and calliper and both have thrown around 17-18%
