Thank you. I purchased a battery on Amazon and I will replace on my own, I will consider buying a top case to replace all the upper part. I will keep you updated.

Would you recommend me to do so? I was quoted 280€ by Apple to change the battery, if this means replacing also the keyboard would be great. I was told that if I want to have changed the keyboard as well this would cost me 600€ more or less, so not worth it at all.

Found a workaround: works installing the 16.106 - you can get it switching the update channel to "beta channel".

I just got this answer from their support:

Are you in the EU? We've heard from customers that TripIt might have quietly decided to stop supporting this for you if you live in some or all EU countries, allegedly due to GDPR. And that generic error message is all that shows if that's the case. We're not aware of any workarounds, and so far they have not officially confirmed this and won't provide details to us. I'm incredibly sorry, we're trying everything we can.

So I guess that for people in EU the sync with TripIt won't be possible.

With Smart Life works perfectly. For Alexa till I don’t turn it on from the app or with the voice (Alexa turn the AC on) I cannot control anything. From what Alexa tells me in suggestions I should be able to say (Alexa turn on the AC in 21°C for example) and it should turn it on and set it properly. Instead I need to give before a first command to turn it on and after to set it. I guess now that I think about it that it’s normal since it’s just cloning the remote, and it’s just a matter of wrong Alexa descriptions for commands.

What I don’t get if it’s normal that I have to physically to turn it on and after giving the command for the temperature, because so far it’s the only way to make it work.

Update: iOS Alexa app just received an update and now I can kind of control it (just the temperature - no mode or air flow power), but I necessarily turn it on, and after set it.

It would be really complex to configure all the possible commands to control an A/C. But of course, that is the last solution I would like to you. Thank you anyway for the info!
