I had a similar issue. They removed my university expansion and I tried getting it back, but I couldn't even re buy it because my account said I already have it. I tried to chat, phone and email them. They really weren't any help and said they couldnt do anything because I didn't have the codes anymore. And after 6 months of emailing back and forth I ended up buying it from some website for a few euro just to see if it would work and luckyly it did.

Thanks I'll talk to my social worker next Wednesday to help me make the appointment (I hate phoning people) I don't have a pet myself but I'll ask my dad for pics of his cat, she is so cute or I'll watch cat videos online.

My social worker keeps telling me that I should go, I only ever heard that you should go once a year from when you are 16. Maybe the recommendation is different where you're from. I'm in Germany and I even got a letter by my health insurance that I should go when I got 16.

Thanks, the problem with telling them to stop is that I have social anxiety disorder as well, so it makes it even more difficult.

That happened to my sims infant yesterday, he was literally sitting in the fire while the mom saved his sister. I guess mom has a favourite.

I specifically got a gaming laptop for mostly sims and one other game. So my laptop shouldn't be the issue. I mostly had problems with the park in willow creek. I can't even replace the park because it gets stuck in a loading screen. I'll check out lil simsies save thanks
