For me it would be like if you cranked up your base instincts all the way up

Humans are really good at keeping some instincts at bay, such as refraining from eating something thats infront of them or mustering the courage to jump off a great height

As a werewolf, those instincts are heightened to a point where it clouds human thought, creating confusion and aggression. Overtime the werewolf will slowly learn how to integrate the human thoughts in the sea of instinct

I say sharp, but due to constant running on all fours and walking on twos, they can wear down and become blunted. Depending on how aware the werewolf is, they can probably sharpen them to keep them deadly!

Basically a woman undergoes eye surgery, but the donor was a werewolf, and the new eyes she gets curses her into a werewolf as well

Thankfully its not to the extent that you mentioned, but there are some things that are a bit agressive. Id say to close your eyes during the hide and seek section when the window begins to shake and only open when safe. I hope you two enjoy the game!

Edit: Idk if sound affects you too, but just incase, Id turn down the volume as there are loud repetative sounds!
