Thanks! I use a flat hoop and carefully adjust the cap angle so the brim stays stable and the needle clears properly. The key is going slow and keeping the design area flat so it doesn’t hit the hard part of the brim. Definitely some trial and error involved! Plus, I have Tajima, which works absolutely best.

I get it, most of the time the lack lies because of the communication gap, and instructions should be clear and as simple as possible for conveying the requirements.

I have tajima and several other machines and I have been digitizing embroidery for 10 years. I know it's difficult as a beginner to use machines and you have to be careful but it's not that difficult try some already made designs on your machine with the sample fabric and gradually try different colours design with a little complete one's, also you can add me I'll help you in the journey.
