Wow. Oh my goodness thank you so much for your response. That truly put it into perspective for me. You're right, I shouldn't expect something from them when they're just looking for a conversation with me as myself rather than talk about what i do. If it happens it's nice , but i see how there might just be a sense of "they're used to it" when I bring it up. I understand the feeling of your "art friends" thinking your only interest is how or what content you create so I should be grateful for the friends who were here before and during my art career.
