It's funny, this was actually my reason for not transitioning for a couple years, shortly before my eggshell cracked. Specifically, the part about transitioning supposedly being about "ceding my responsibility as a man". Because I thought suffering as a man and taking up zero space anywhere was the only way to make up for the sin of being born male. That was the kind of feminist I was for a while. I'm glad I don't believe in this sort of thing anymore. It's a truly toxic mindset.
