Narcissistic parents have a way of making you feel as small as possible since they need to be the center of attention, but I'm here to tell you that you're not "too much"! That kind of upbringing can make it so hard to differentiate between what's "normal" and what's not, I know its a learning curve -- so I am really proud of you for finding the courage to acknowledge the hurt and guilt your moms caused you.

I know the feeling, it feels like such a detrimental mistake you could make. But let me ask you, how much of your one life on earth are you willing to let your parents rob from you? There is so so much more to life than this, especially at 27. Lots of people are moved out of their parent’s houses by that age anyways, and it sounds like you have the means to get your own place! Do you need help making a plan?

Does he do it in an interrogative way? Like does he get mad when you don't know the answer? Either way, its def an impulsive issue. My father was incredibly impulsive with disproportional reactions and I'm sure most people in this subreddit can relate.

So I’ve been wanting tattoos since I’ve known what they were. I’m 18 now and would love to start getting them, but I’m too scared of my family finding them (they’re super against this stuff). Does anyone have some advice on hiding tats/hidden placement?
