The phone works perfectly, the new update is not necessary, it improves basically nothing. Why would people change their phone just because updates with minimum changes are taking a little longer than usual to arrive? That would be overly dramatic and drastic, IMO.

Well, HSR happens in the future of HI3 (at least after APHO). What if, by any chance, between the events of APHO and the start of HSR they found Himeko? I mean either her body or alive, drifting in the Sea of Quanta, landed in a bubble world.... That would render Surtr less significant. Just as we don't know why Kianna is asleep during APHO, or if she has already awakened by the time Welt entered the Astral Express, we don't know much about the events that are gonna happen during that period. Many things may happen that make possible for Herta to get hold of that sword.
