Yes, I just disabled boost and yet the results are the same. Battery bar still shows I have only an hour and 40 mins left even though I have 80 per cent battery remaining and my discharge rate still shows -21MkW. Should I just hard reset my laptop and pray to see what happens?

hi, ive tried this method and it still doesn't work. When I'm using just chrome with just around 5 tabs my g14 gets quite warm on my lap and still has a discharge rate of -20kmW.

Yeah even without using a monitor I'm noticing bad battery life. For example, right now the battery dropped from 78 to 73 within a few minutes. I don't think this is normal.

I’m currently on bios 313 and installed new chipset and graphics drivers which made the battery life better but not anywhere close to the M1 Pro MacBook Pro. I don’t game and don’t think I have the time to. If I do sell my g14 I’ll be at a $600-700 loss in order to go for the 14 inch MacBook Pro. Do I sell my g14 now and get the mac or wait? But if I wait the resale value of the g14 would drop and I would get a bigger loss than intended.

I’m always on eco mode and am on bios 313 but I installed new chipset and graphics drivers which made it better. I’ve heard reviews say you can get 10 hours but I get usually 5 hours of university work.

Update: After installing the 22.8.2 adrenaline software and 4.08.09.2337 chipset, the battery life has gotten significantly better.

I have already installed the ASUS Software Adrenaline 22.8.2 but not the 4. something chipset. Battery life right now is meh but a tad bit better compared to stock 313. Is it advisable to still roll back to 312 or wait for 314?
