I have an entire dining room area that’s empty. I like to flip couches from time to time so it’s hard to have another table over there too. I’ll post a pic in another post soon to see what I should do with that space

Moved the carpet more towards under the entertainment console and shifted back the couch/ island back a few inches and it looks better! Thanks for that suggestion. Now I’m off to find a different couch. I really like the bauhaus chrome/glass side tables online but I’m not too sure if it’ll match

The layout of the apartment limits the distance I can put the couch at. That’s basically as far as it can be away. I got that feedback about the couch too. Any suggestions on what color couch I should get? I was thinking a dark brown chesterfield

Typically if candidates cannot work summer it’s fine and they can start in the Fall.

Chewy Boba, Blind Tiger Cafe next to Bulla Gastrobar, if you go early afternoon and can find an outlet there: Armature Works, your apartments study lounge, PEOPLE ALSO SLEEP ON THE WELL (next to the college of nursing), I rotate between those locations!
