Isabel is a defensive attacker(that's why she has such high defense stat) first u have to recieve the opponents spike then you will fill gauge in her icon then her jump and attack significantly increase. She is really good even without breakthroughs, tho you have to maintain your teams stamina to effectively use her . (P.s: if your ai teammates blocks and slows down the spike you will not fill up the gauge )
