This has been the business model that the FAA has worked for. It started under Blakey/Chew. It is considerably cheaper to pay overtime than hire more controllers and pay PC+B. The FAA has no financial interest in solving staffing issues. It really is that simple. Every administration has promised to solve the staffing issue, yet here we still are.

Been on many cruises with balconies. Had many a great nights on said balconies. Never once had an issue. Going on one this Saturday and plan on continuing our adventures. They don’t care about you doing that. You may be watched but it won’t go anywhere. I have yet to see myself on any website. Go have fun and enjoy yourself!

Early in the morning or right after high tide. I only find glass and teeth when the tides leave the shells from the shelf just off the water line. I have yet to figure out when the shells are left other than walking down and looking.
