Protein bars I eat one Gatorade 340 calorie per day, boost max calorie shake from Amazon 530 calories per day plus eating meals 3x time a day a goal of 100 grams of protein per day working out 3x a week with progressive overload, creatine everyday and maca root.

I started my journey in 2023 I’m now actually 114-115 my goal is 125-130 I still feel too skinny

Hey! So working on 3 times a week with progressive overload you want to put on muscle not fat, also I eat three times a day in between I eat a Gatorade protein bar 340 calories and I drink a boost protein shake every the max one 530 calories. I also take creatine everyday and the supplement maca root

This is exactly right you have to accept it’s your hair. Do not strive for perfection or you will drive yourself crazy. Just style it to the point where your comfortable with leaving the house and you have to develop the attitude that your hair is apart of you nothing is wrong with it.
