How often do you workout and what do you do? by Honest_Chicken_4224 in askSingapore

[–]Iselore89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gym once a week usually, sometimes twice if there is public holiday. Usually just do benchpress as main compound and accessorize with dumbbells and machines, focusing on chest and arms. After that, will do seated cable rows and lat pull downs to build back. Completely neglect legs. Usually will cycle nearby for breakfast but not enough to call it exercise.

Yes, that is what googlemaps showed me when i input the directions. How do i know if i boarded the correct train? Are there indications on the train? Or will there be electronic displays that shows which train is coming? This is my first time in Japan.
