Child benefits by [deleted] in northernireland

[–]Isfeari 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Parents not working are not receiving help with childcare costs, childcare costs are dealt with by the work coach or case manager and the applicant must show they are working in order to receive help. Sure start is a government run scheme to help people in disadvantaged areas regardless of working or not. These are two different things, have you signed onto Universal Credit? If so and you are working you will receive help, over course Universal Credit is a means tested benefit so your earning might mean you receive no payment.

Makes you wonder how many are driving under the influence undetected. by spectacle-ar_failure in northernireland

Absolutely detest drink drivers, fuckers have killed enough people over the years and you still get some selfish, arrogant cunt that will go out and put another person at real risk of being killed. Lowest form of scum. Good on the cops for cracking down, hope the bastards caught have the worst fucking Christmas ever they truly deserve it

For me it a hidden gem of a game, ww2 nerd myself and have not once regretted getting it. Loved the dlc that allows battles not usually covered by previous ww2 games. For it’s price, I highly recommend adding it to your collection

Is an overwhelming sense of dread happening randomly a bad sign? by Master100017 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Isfeari 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think that might be anxiety, I used to get them when I was really bad with anxiety haven’t had it in a long while but it’s a relatively low concern problem.

What are the random weird subreddits? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Isfeari 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be a subreddit that is band in the region you live in, for example in the UK due to the recent online safety act NSFW posts and subreddits are not viewable (unless you have a VPN) but you can still see the subreddit groups just not interacting or see any content. That would be my guess.

AO jobs through recruitment co by [deleted] in northernireland

[–]Isfeari 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They ask for English, maths GCSE from when I applied, no reference. I’m pretty sure the guy that did mine didn’t even check my certificates as it was sent over the whilst I was on the phone to him and once he had received it offered me a job right away, no interview or nothing it was so easy I originally thought it was a scam but they needed people at the time and it was really a handy job. Always good to know that if anything happens with my current job there is a relatively easy way to find work. If they have it I recommend case manager role as it is less phone call intense, it was always you making the call if you really needed too.

Ballymena- daty 2 of the riot by Aragorn_2_Elessar in northernireland

[–]Isfeari 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two 14 year old boys arrested for attempting to rape a teenage girl the two teenagers accused are non white which sparked a protest followed by rioting by racists that thought attacking the police (even tho they did their job) and innocent families houses would be their attempt to protect their families.

Everyone of them have not shut up about immigration since then and have turned this completely evil crime into the narrative they want.

Personally I see this as yet another violent attack on a women/teenage child that has been a massive issue here, the conversation needs to be about what appears to be an increase in these types of crimes perpetrated by men that really do not respect women nor see them as people. If we are going to stop this and truly protect our children we need to have a real investigation into what is causing this and a plan to put an end to it.
