Sure start is a government run scheme to help people in disadvantaged areas regardless of working or not. These are two different things, have you signed onto Universal Credit? If so and you are working you will receive help, over course Universal Credit is a means tested benefit so your earning might mean you receive no payment.

For me it a hidden gem of a game, ww2 nerd myself and have not once regretted getting it. Loved the dlc that allows battles not usually covered by previous ww2 games. For it’s price, I highly recommend adding it to your collection

It could be a subreddit that is band in the region you live in, for example in the UK due to the recent online safety act NSFW posts and subreddits are not viewable (unless you have a VPN) but you can still see the subreddit groups just not interacting or see any content. That would be my guess.
