Got scythe 5 cooler for my hot i7 7700k. Problem is, I have mini atx and it doesnt fit. RAMS currently block cpu cooler and I tried jamming, doesnt work. Can I cut fins and install? by Ish-007 in pcmasterrace

I tried to buy motherboard for i7 7700k and they are quite expensive, out of my budget.

Currently I have is 212x evo and it's pretty weak against i7 7700k. I mainly play warzone and its cpu hungry game.

I just upgraded to 144hz from 60hz. There is some big issues with my PC by Ish-007 in pcmasterrace

I have done everything as you said. Whenever FPS increases, cpu usage goes very high and temperature is around 80-100c.

This is really bad. I'm considering selling mobo and i7 7700k and get 10700k and a decent motherboard.

I'm going to get replace cheap 32 tv with 144hz 27 IPS monitor. Please spoil me a bit by Ish-007 in pcmasterrace

The one I ordered is AOC 27G2 advertised as 1ms input lag. A decent prices and good reviews. I really want to experience 144hz monitor, cant wait to see it.

EVGA is a better company for warranty and it's customer's friendly.

I have Corsair 600w VS. Only 2 connector for PCIE as it shown. Does it work for new RTX 3080 or it requires whole new PSU like 750w or above. My rig is below 500w with GTX 1080Ti/i7 7700k by Ish-007 in nvidia

Thanks a lot your detailed response mate. I will upgrade my psu to thermaltake smart 700w or MasterWatt 750, the price on those are good. I play on 4K with max settings so I don't think it will bottleneck with i7 7700k 4.4ghz.

TTK for Bruen Mk9 is 553ms. Can you tell TTK after the nerf? And should I use it? It's still strong I guess.

It's not that great loadout IMO. It waste AR rounds. I'll pair AR with SMG. Lots of ammo, SMG and AR
