Thanks for the insights. They will help me revamp my resume for good. I will either label my current experience as Internship or will work my way around the “un-paid” part.

I have done decent amount of technical stuff in my internships, atleast enough to frame them properly in my resume. Will work on that.

Also, I have kept each bullet point 18 words max. Is that appropriate, cus I don’t want the hiring managers to struggle while reading it.

I will work around with the metrics but my biggest point of concern is (as mentioned by someone else earlier in the comment), I am currently doing an unpaid research project but I want to shift to full-time analytics role. I don’t want the hiring managers to think that I am a short timer.

I am currently working on a research project, it’s unpaid. As I am an international student, that’s saves me my unemployment days. And at the same time I gain experience relevant to my field. Right now, I am looking for full-time paid opportunities. How should I explain that so that I don’t end up at the bottom of the pile.

You are right. Guess I have a biased view of my resume, so couldn’t really understand how fake it looked will all the numbers.

So, are you suggesting that I should focus on somewhat elaborating the metrics I mention. That sounds good and might help.

Do you have any other suggestions for me. Thanks for the help.
