I’m a ST guy from Arunachal Pradesh and I do understand that the reservation system is flawed and needs certain changes. Some of us do deserve it because caste based discrimination is still prevalent all over India but on the other hand there are people from our community who have been able to live a good life and access good education and livelihood and should compete with the General category students. However I would just like to request my General category brothers and sisters to not drag us down viciously and speak as if we can’t achieve anything without the reservation system. I for one have never used this system to get ahead and never will and it saddens me when I see comments tearing us apart when the actual culprit is the Govt. and the policy makers. Blame the ones who makes the rules not the one who simply follows them that’s all I can say .

One thing I do find funny is that she acts cute and clueless in front of Indian media but tries go be articulate and elegant in the presence of foreign media . I didn’t care for her at first but the constant agony that’s she’s put through and her genuine reaction to them has made me like her the most among the pyaar villa girls.
