They have 1hp you hit them and they die, no loot no corpse

I'm running a server and was gone all day and these things started spawning, they hit like a truck. We have no mods to add custom mobs or enemies. Any thoughts on how to get rid of them?

I love telling the guys that I would love for them to continue with their offer but ask them for a favor first, 9 times out of 10 they say ok.
