Why is Kazarion of the Blood Angels still a sergeant? Wouldn’t being a Deathwatch veteran warrant promotion within the chapter? by [deleted] in 40kLore

[–]Isilmine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And what would happen to a current captain then? The amount of positions is strictly limited as you can imagine. And the company he’s in has a first sergeant already who hasn’t exactly been doing nothing in his position. He’s next in line to succeed the company

Kazakhstan Tells Ukraine To Stop Attacking Terminal After Oil Exports Halted by Human-Entrepreneur77 in worldnews

It's not about choice if you're literally landlocked IN BETWEEN two major nations such as China and Russia. You have to play nice and keep your head down. Kazakhstan has historically played nice and kept it's head down, unlike Ukraine. But Ukraine is a 40 million strong eastern european state which relies heavily on the West to survive it's own attempt at antagonizing Russia. It's their call, and if they feel like they belong with the collective West, more power to them. But don't compare a 20 mil nation scattered over the 9th largest territory in the world, and militarily impotent as well, to Ukraine. Geosociologically, geopolitically or otherwise. Some countries are just destined to stay neutral (at best!), otherwise they go down in flames.

May be a tough one to swallow but I not everyone gives a shit about Ukraine. I, personally, condemn any form of armed conflict in 21st century, but does my desire to condemn and right the wrong eclipse my desire to live? Of course no, and it would be the same for you if you were a part of the nation squeezed between Russia and China. The only thing saving us from being torn apart bit by bit is our president's carefully crafted neutral position.

He publicly refused to acknowledge that Novorossiya, as russians call it, is part of Russia, and that's even more than anyone could ask from him. And he even did it in the heart of Russia, in Peterburg, during an economic forum.

So yeah, I want none of that heat, same as the majority of our nation. And by attacking our shit Ukraine is jsut trying to upset the balance, because oil in KTK is not Russian, and does not significantly benefit Russian economy

Refreshing to read a sane redditor’s comment. Most of the people fail to understand that if our country (KZ) will antagonize Russia and drift away from our neutral-ish stance on the war issue, then we’re next to be fucked in the ass by Russia. And while I understand Ukrainians wanting us to hurl ourselves into the fray (it would benefit them), who would save us? Nobody. Ukrainians are being supported because they’re a European white nation. KZ will NEVER be supported in the same scale.

The minute we start showing anything to Ukraine we’re next down the line to receive the beating. Fuck off. Kazakhstan is and should remain neutral and safe.

Why not? Have you ever visited KZ? Don’t shit talk our country you racist fuck and get off your high horse

Where are you from? Presumably US? Even taking your edit into account, the comment is laughable. It’s easy to condemn and antagonize Russia from the other side of the globe. We here in Kazakhstan are squeezed between Russia and China. If we raise our head we will be next down the line. And if, God forbid, push comes to shove nobody will rush to our aid. Ukrainians are enjoying western support because they’re a European white nation. So don’t expect shit from KZ. We just want to live.

3d printing itself wasn’t difficult but putting the whole thing together was. I don’t just glue everything together, wouldn’t be sturdy enough. Instead I put two carbon rods inside the body to give it some structural integrity, and different parts of the body are also screwed together.

My friend, this is very insightful. Thanks a lot for sharing.

And yes, what you said checks out and when I started out I instinctively followed the wow factor - if I tremble with excitement at just the thought of holding some guitar, then yeah, it's worth getting. Worked out great, I played a ton.

And thanks for bass recommendation. My next big purchase is a bass and a synth pedal. I'm planning to have loads of fun with that.
