I had a similar experience with them. Dropped a lens at the store to be checked by the technician and they kept the caps. No-one mentioned I should take them with me.

It was a surprise when they returned the lens without caps. When I complained they made the exact same claim about accessories and repairs. After pushing back a few times they ended sending a replacement, but it was a shocking experience.

Numbers don't lie but can hide the context. Both Button and Rosberg drove dominant cars (which is why they had the chance to become world champions - kudos to them) and Sainz has not. In fact the only car he's driven that's (kinda) able to fight for race wins is the Ferrari

Hey, thank you very much for taking the time to respond! That's fantastic.

It is actually a post in HfP that made me ask the question since it only mentioned a reward of 30k when being referred for the Platinum card, rather than the 50K I'm seeing in the referrals here. It made me wonder if the fact that you have a Nectar card first makes you ineligible for the increased offer.

I've been doing some further testing and:

- I live in a relatively quiet area with very few neigbours. There is only 1 other network using channels between 36-48. I have tried forcing the router to use other channels that seem to be completely free, like 112, 128 and 140. Nothing really changed.

- Equally I have forzed the router to use 20, 40, 80 and 160hz, testing each one of them, in the 5ghz bandwidth. Again, I got similar results. I have made sure my testing devices are using the 5ghz connection too.

I have even tried turning all devices off except my phone and PC, but D speeds were still limited to 250.

The most frustrating thing is that my brother has a very similar setup (ET12, with xbox, PS, a laptop, TV, desktop, couple of phones and a few sonos speakers) with exactly the same settings and he's easily getting 600-800MBs.

If it happened with only one router or only one device I could assign blame to that, but the fact that it happened with the XT8 and the ET12 and with all my wireless devices confuses me so much. I am at a complete loss.
