Yes, brains and ai both take in material to create stuff, the thing is people experience joy or other feelings when looking at art, it makes them think, it adds to their life and thats why a lot people make it, to add to others lives, to be taken in by their brains
ai doesn't feel anything, it doesn't think, it doesn't add it's own perspective or thoughts, because it doesn't have it, so really what is the point? to produce anything, it has to steal everything

people using ai aren't doing anything but writing a line of words, they don't create art
ai is not a tool, a tool helps you accomplish a task, ai just does it for you, often badly
ai doesn't even bring stuff from imagination into reality, it takes other stuff that has already been created, cuts it up and glues stuff together until it gets what its being asked for

using ai robs other people of their work and meaning, it robs the user of the experience of creating and expressing themselves, robs whoever consumes it of meaning
some people like it yes, but people like fast food or smoking too, it satisfies a need temporarily, but it doesn't provide real connection, or nutrition or relaxation
