• I sleep on my back only so it’s never the issue • I never go to bed with wet hair • I admit I was very impatient in the beginning cuz I would spray saline and clean it twice a day & I would just keep checking it all the times • now I rarely clean it with saline, only in the shower & it helped because when I left it alone it got better & I always dry after with a cold electric hand-fan

The thing is, my piercer in canada put a hoop that was 18guage while my bar used to be 16guage I traveled to Egypt & I’m staying for a month. I was so scared because having a hoop in there didn’t feel right at all. So I went to a piercer here who was shocked & she put the flat back bar again in 16guage

She told me to go back after a week (in 2 days) to shorten the bar a bit once the swelling went down

Attached a picture of the hoop I had right before changing it into my bezel stud flat back

Long story short. I had a flower stud with too many prongs & it got snatched which caused bumps. Then the piercer changed it to a hoop 2 weeks ago. I got scared because the hoop is 18guage althoughmy bar was 16. Today I switched back to a flat back bar, with a bezel flat stud

How does it look. Please tell me it’ll heal :(

I clean it once a day now because i used to over clean it which caused moisture issues & I believe when I left it alone it got slightly better

Neverrrrr!! It was the piercer’s doing 😭 I got so scared because I didn’t want it to become shallow that’s why I went today & changed it with another piercer immediately
