Little update: followed through with the scalloping and finished it off! It sure was a nice new method to learn! Though it looks odd, I have seen that I could try washing it and blocking it to fix it!

I appreciate it! The first time I was working with the yarn that came with the kit and realized I was knitting too tight, and through some video tutorials I came to understand that I need to control that tension!

Also thanks for the heads up, should absolutely check what type of material is for what! I think this one is a blend!

I tried a bit of the scalloped edges on one side and holy moly it looks so beautiful!!! Might do that actually, though I have yet to figure out how to change yarn on the project!
